國慶假期住了10個晚上，非常不錯的民宿。 離車站很近，徒步兩分鐘就到啦，附近還有便利店、葯粧店，居酒屋，住宿周邊環境很安靜。 雖然房間有點小，但是設施設備齊全，兩個人住正好，很溫馨。 就是自助辦理入住和退房有點搞不懂，房東服務很棒，能及時解決問題。

山手網上的駒込站，出站步行5分鐘可以到達民宿，附近有便利店和葯粧店，餐館也有好幾家，鬧中取靜的環境。設施也很齊全，尤其是夏季出遊有洗衣機非常方便，當然使用前可使用酒精濕巾擦拭，整體來説有家的感覺，小而溫馨。我們一家四口入住都非常喜歡，第一次入住的301房間打掃衞生完全OK，回國前一天又選擇了這裡，衹是這次201房間打掃衞生不夠細緻，希望一定重視衞生清潔工作！

房間很大，設備也都很新，地點其實也不錯，山手線能去很多地方，而且床很舒服，還想再來🥺唯一可惜的是長住不知道能不能申請打掃房間

這家酒店簡直太棒了👏👏👏👏最開始自助入住有點不適應，但店員非常耐心。入住後小孩子不小心砸了一個杯子，我們主動要求賠償，店家回覆很暖心，簡直太棒了👏無可挑剔的酒店

鬧中取靜的位置非常優秀，配備齊全的小廚房&浴廁分離&洗脫烘衣機很適合小家庭，空間也很足夠，缺點是沒有電梯，樓梯間也很狹窄，大件行李上下樓有點危險，這裡是自助式的民宿沒有櫃台人員，有問題要透過email 聯繫，所幸回覆速度滿快的，另一個問題是廚房內的餐具鍋碗瓢盆都沒洗乾淨，使用前務必自行清洗乾淨。

The apartment hotel is located in residential area, very secluded and quiet. The access is very convenient, near to Komagome Station, connected by Yamanote Line and Tokyo Metro Namboku Line. Convenient stores, supermarket, drugstore, restaurant are also nearby. Our unit is located at 4th floor. There is no lift, and the stairs is quite narrow. There is no front desk, only self check-in machine. There are 1 double bed and 2 single beds in one bedroom. Beds are nice and comfy. There are living room with Smart TV and pantry with medium fridge, stove, microwave, rice cooker, and utensils. Bathroom and toilet are separated by a corridors with wash basin and washing machine. The unit is big enough for us with 4 big luggage. Overall, we are a family with 2 kids, and are very satisfied with the unit. We will certainly come back again, if we visit Tokyo again.

예약과정에서 연박을 나누어 예약했는데, 대응과정이 매끄러웠고 좋았습니다. 다만, 도착 후 열쇠함이 없어서 문앞에 서서 대기를 해야하는 상황이 발생했었고, 이부분에 대하여 안내가 깔끔하지 못했던 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 위치나 시설은 만족스러웠어요. 즐겁게 머물다 돌아왔습니다^^

Bis auf den Service war der Aufenthalt top. Relativ neu, sauber und bahnhofsnah Komagome mit Eunkaufsmöglichkeiten. Service: Wir haben ein Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht und waren zu dritt unterwegs. Wir konnten zuerst den Check-in nicht freischalten, da das Formular zwingend für 4 Personen ausgefüllt werden musste, was wir erst bei Ankunft bemerkten. Da wir um 7 Uhr morgens vor verschlossenen Türen standen. Es war niemend erreichbar. Selbst 訂房網站 konnte nicht weiterhelfen. Nach 1,5 Stunden ausprobieren haben wir eine 4. Person einfach mit registriert. Danach konnten wir in das Appartmenthaus. Während unserer Zeit haben wir vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner gesehen.

Super saubere Service Apartment. In der Näh gibt es Supermarkt und Einkauftsstraße mit Restaurants. Zur Ubahn und Sbahn ssind auch Fuß nah. Es ist sehr zu Empfehlen.
